policy is here to ensure you find the right products for your gardening needs.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving
your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all
tags and accessories.
- Request: Email us at support@gardencarez.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details
about the item you wish to exchange.
What Can Be Exchanged?
- Garden tools, accessories, and products that are defective, damaged, or shipped
incorrectly.
- Unopened and unused items, such as planters, gardening kits, seeds, and other eligible
garden products (subject to any special requirements listed below).
Exchange Terms:
- Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We will send you a replacement product of your choice or provide store credit, as you
prefer.
- Products not in original condition or requests made after the 5-day window are not
eligible for exchange.
- For live plants or perishable garden items, exchanges must be initiated immediately
after delivery if the product arrived damaged or in poor condition – please include a
photo when requesting an exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery.
- Custom or personalized garden items, clearance/sale products, or live plants that have
been removed from their original packaging or potting.
- Certain perishable goods or items marked as non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
